Responsibilities

• Teach divers proper techniques for takeoff, in-flight maneuvers, and water entry
• Conduct training sessions to improve divers' strength, flexibility, and diving skills
• Develop individualized training plans based on divers' abilities and goals
• Monitor divers during practices and competitions to ensure safety
• Provide feedback to help divers improve performance
• Stay updated on VHSL diving rules and regulations
• Communicate with divers, parents, and other coaches about training and competition schedules
