Job summary

CVS Health in Norwood, MA is seeking a part-time District Support Pharmacist to help cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district. You will support pharmacy teams, oversee workflow, and act as a Pharmacy Manager proxy when needed.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled.
• Support pharmacy operations and act as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts.
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
• Provide immunizations and clinical care where permissible.
• Support inventory management and protect cold chain products.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state laws and CVS Health policies.
