Job summary

Hamburg Area School District is seeking a part-time Mail/Delivery Assistant for a 12-month term. The role requires about 1.5 hours per day, flexible scheduling, and an hourly rate of $16.34. The position includes a 90-workday probation period and is not benefits eligible.

Under supervision, you will sort, load, and deliver supplies and mail to district schools and offices, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. A PA driver’s license and high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED or equivalent.
• A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and continued license validity throughout the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Sort, load, and deliver supplies and mail to schools and offices.
• Report to Chief Financial Officer.
• Choose and follow delivery routes efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adapt to flexible schedules.
