Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.

• Ability to use a computer or tablet for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors using security procedures.
• Monitor dispatch communications, document calls for service, and relay information.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and shift activity records.
• Support patrol coverage of the site and perimeter.
