Job summary

UPS is seeking a Dispatch Analyst to support the dispatch and preload teams with analysis of dispatch plans and routine tasks. You will identify opportunities, publish reports, and conduct service audits to improve operational efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and experience with DPS/UDC, MS Office, and route optimization tools. This is a permanent, on-site position in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC knowledge required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Customer-focused with strong planning and organization skills.
• Familiar with package flow technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies system downloads.
• Identifies service failures and exceptions.
• Prints and distributes daily reports.
• Updates reports and notifies PDS.
• Uses mapping tools to analyze routes.
• Compares actual dispatch to planned dispatch.
