• Verifies system downloads and identifies various service failures and exceptions.
• Prints and distributes multiple daily reports and communicates changes to PDS.
• Analyzes dispatch plans, identifies opportunities, and performs report publication and service audits.
• Utilizes mapping tools and plots previous data to compare actual dispatch to planned dispatch.
• Maintains a loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
• Completes monthly dispatch audit using available reports and systems.
