Job summary

The Flourish Collection of Rochester by StoryPoint Group is hiring a part-time dishwasher to support our dining services team in Rochester Hills, Michigan. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils and equipment, helping keep the kitchen running smoothly.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a friendly attitude, and good communication. Prior restaurant experience is not required, but a positive, service-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items, comply with all applicable state and local health & safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.
