Job summary

Oakmont of El Dorado Hills is seeking a part-time/on-call Dishwasher to support our senior living community in El Dorado Hills, CA. The role ensures dishes are cleaned, sanitized, and returned to storage, with shifts that vary and include the morning schedule (8a-2p).

The position offers a $17-18/hour pay range, benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for growth within Oakmont Management Group.

Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience in a kitchen or similar setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with staff, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB).
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport dishes to the kitchen; wash and sanitize; return to storage areas.
• Assist with kitchen clean-up and sanitation of dish room and dining areas.
• Respond to resident concerns in a professional and caring manner.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
