Job summary

Oakmont of El Dorado Hills is seeking a part-time/on-call Dishwasher to support a senior living community. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing dishes, assisting in kitchen operations, and ensuring a clean dining area for residents and staff.

Applicants should have up to six months in a kitchen setting, be at least 18 years old, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A criminal background check and health screenings are required, with potential PPE and vaccination considerations

Qualifications

• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
• Six months of kitchen or similar experience preferred.
• Age 18+ required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room prior to meal service.
• Transport dishes to kitchen, wash, sanitize, and return to storage.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and sanitation, including trash removal.
• Respond to resident concerns in a professional, caring manner.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
