Oakmont Management Group is seeking a part-time, on-call Dishwasher for Oakmont of El Dorado Hills. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing dishes, supporting kitchen operations, and maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff.

Morning shifts (8a-2p) with a pay range of $17-18 per hour, and a flexible schedule that varies by need. Qualification requirements include 6 months in a kitchen setting, being 18+, and a high school diploma; background checks and health screenings are

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a kitchen or similar setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with staff, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.
• Vaccination/testing and PPE may be required to prevent spread of diseases per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport all dishes to the kitchen; wash and sanitize; return to storage.
• Break down kitchen for clean-up; sanitize dish room, kitchen, dining areas; empty trash.
• Respond to resident concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
