Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a part-time dishwasher in Bellevue, WA. The role protects kitchen hygiene, cleans dishes and utensils, and assists with basic food prep to ensure smooth dining operations for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow directions and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas per policies.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes and utensils using dish machines or manual methods.
• Perform general kitchen and dining area cleanup and sanitation.
• Maintain dish machine, sinks, and sanitizer logs; monitor temperatures.
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation and transport food carts as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure SDS guidelines are followed.
