Qualifications

• Self-starter with reliability and a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate within an interdisciplinary team.
• Physical stamina to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, and move frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils as part of daily kitchen operations.
• Wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for dining room resets.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and surfaces per schedules.
• Maintain dish room cleanliness, including mats and dishwasher area.
• Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors and storage areas.
