MBK Senior Living is seeking a Part Time Dishwasher to support our dining operations. The role focuses on maintaining high sanitation standards, handling dishware, and assisting kitchen staff to ensure smooth service for residents and guests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Complete general cleanup and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintain the dish machine and sinks, including detergent levels and cleaning filters.
• Ensure water temperatures meet cleaning standards.
• Maintain sanitizer logs for temperature and level.
• Transport meals to the CFL neighborhood and return cart to kitchen.
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation and serve residents as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and SDS guidelines.
