Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils.
• General cleanup and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintain dish machine and sinks; monitor detergents and sanitation levels.
• Transport meals to the CFL neighborhood and return carts to kitchen.
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation and food transports.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and SDS-compliant storage.
• Promote teamwork and clear communication within MBK principles.
