Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a part-time Dishwasher at the American Airlines Admirals Club in Raleigh-Durham (RDU). You will support kitchen and facility operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across food production and service areas.

This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment, utensils, floors, walls, and storage spaces; transporting and storing supplies; and assisting with basic set-up and break-down tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts.
• Ability to clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and surfaces.
• Willingness to follow safety and hygiene guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes work tables, walls, refrigerators and blocks.
• Sweeps, mops and vacuums floors; handles trash; restocks supplies.
• Assists with setup and breakdown tasks as directed.
