Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, and work areas in orderly, sanitary condition.
• Wash pots, pans and trays according to procedures.
• Polish silver and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Keep the dish area clean and organized, and assist with loading/unloading supplies.
