Flik Independent School Dining, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring immediately for full-time dishwashers at Kamehameha Schools, Kapalama, Honolulu, HI 96817.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 10:45 am to 7:30 pm, with duties including washing dishes, pots, pans, and maintaining sanitation.

Previous one year of experience with a 3-compartment sink and belt-driven dish machines is required; perks include free parking, uniforms, shift meals, and an employee referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous 1 year with 3-compartment sink and belt-driven dish machine experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas and utensils in sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using specified equipment; ensures safety and sanitation compliance.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
