• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using various methods following procedures.
• Maintains safety procedures and chemical levels according to standards.
• Keeps dish area clean and orderly and complies with safety rules.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
