Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and loads them into the dishwasher or racks.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays and maintains cleanliness.
• Polishes silver using available equipment to ensure sanitation.
• Keeps dish area clean and maintains safety standards.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as required.
• Cleans floors, tables, walls, and prep surfaces as needed.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
