Job summary

Clearwater Living at Rancharrah in Reno, NV is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to join our premier senior living community. The role involves transporting, sanitizing and cleaning dishes and utensils after meals and assisting in dining/kitchen duties per policy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurant or food services preferred.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cleans and organizes dish storage and washing areas per policies.
• Washes dishes, utensils and cooking tools and ensures sanitation.
• Maintains sanitation levels of dish machine and sinks using test strips.
• Ensures water temperature is correct for cleaning, rinsing and sanitizing.
• Maintains daily temperature and sanitizer logs.
• Transports food ensuring correct temps during transportation.
• Notifies supervisor when supplies need reordered.
• Upholds Clearwater Living standards and professional image.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
