Responsibilities

• Assist in proper storage of raw and leftover foods.
• Complete daily and scheduled cleaning duties.
• Maintain clean and safe food storage and work areas.
• Dispose of food and waste per policies and procedures.
• Review menus and inspect plates before service.
• Set up food service production lines to ensure timely meals.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Kitchen Utility Worker Job Profile

• Assist in ensuring proper storage of raw and leftover foods
