Job summary

The Civitas Senior Living family is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Attendant / Server at The Ridglea Community in Fort Worth, TX. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, working as part of a supportive team, and ensuring residents and guests have a positive dining experience.

Experience is welcomed but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged. The position offers a stable schedule with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch hospitality in a team setting.
• Take orders, serve meals, set and buss tables, and ensure a pleasant dining room appearance.
• Assist with dishwashing, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Record mealtime transactions according to Civitas policies & procedures.
• Interact with residents and guests and respond to their dining needs.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and food handling regulations.
• Follow all food and beverage protocols in alignment with our mission.
