Job summary

Ashland University Bookstore is seeking a Casual Dish Room worker to support the Student Dining area during meal service. This is a casual, part-time role with varied shifts and a 10–15 hour work week. You will assist with dish room tasks, tray breakdown, and catering support as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning the dish room at shift end, sorting dishes and pots, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with others.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Schedule flexibility for catered events.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the dish room during meal service.
• Break down meal trays for washing.
• Sort and place dishes, pots and pans in the appropriate areas.
• Clean dish room at the end of the shift.
