Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional I to provide specialized behavioral support for children ages 3 to 21 in home and community settings. You’ll work with a licensed health care professional and families, modeling skills and promoting social and safety behaviors while documenting progress for clinicians.

The role offers flexible scheduling (3–6 pm weekdays and some weekend hours), with a $1,000 new-hire bonus for eligible candidates and comprehensive benefits for

Competenze

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or class D1 – 3 years of related experience.

Mansioni

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals ages 3 to 21, including role modeling and training to parents and families.
• Support the child and family by promoting individualized, person-centered, service delivery which meets all identified needs of the child and family.
• Ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators regarding the approved program.
