Job summary

Seven Hills is seeking Direct Support Professionals I to deliver direct behavioral therapy to children ages 3–21 in home and community settings. The role involves coaching families, modeling skills, and supporting self-help and safety teaching while collaborating with licensed professionals.

The position offers part-time evening hours (Mon-Fri 3:30 pm–7:00 pm) with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff and various supports for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or D1; 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in direct support roles with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals ages 3 to 21.
• Support child and family by promoting individualized, person-centered service delivery.
• Assist the child with self-help and self-care, and teach social and safety skills when applicable.
• Maintain ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators.
