Qualifications

• Ability to instruct persons with disabilities and adapt to situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with developing strategies, making informed choices, and following through on responsibilities.
• Encourage participants to achieve goals by developing programming from their needs and strengths.
• Provide information about community resources and help self-advocacy.
• Drive participants to appointments, events, stores, and activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of records.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and comply with reporting requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with participants, families, and other agencies.
