Qualifications

• High School or better required.
• Medication Technician Training Program preferred or willingness to complete.
• 1 year DSP or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines including bathing, dressing, and personal care to promote dignity and independence.
• Assist with meals and kitchen upkeep, encouraging healthy choices.
• Be patient, respectful, and a strong communicator in everyday interactions.
• Advocate for each person’s rights and help build confidence and self-worth.
• Keep clear, respectful records to ensure continuity of care and support.
