Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Experience preferred.
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
• Driving on shift: REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities out in the community or in home.
• Provide community support - outings, shopping.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
