You will work closely with clients, families, and our team to document progress, ensure coordinated care, and encourage participation in social and recreational activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in related field is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if required.
• Compassionate, patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
