Circle of Life is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Faribault team for 16 hours per week. You will visit clients in their homes, support independence, and help with daily tasks while promoting comfort and safety in the community.

Qualified applicants have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and are comfortable assisting with personal care tasks. You will report to the designated coordinator and collaborate with a caring team.

Formación

• Reliable transportation is required for client home visits.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Comfortable providing personal care assistance and home safety support.

Responsabilidades

• Visit clients in their homes to support independence and daily living.
• Provide Direct Support including personal care tasks as needed.
• Build relationships with clients and report concerns to the coordinator.
• Support community engagement and client well-being.
