Job summary

Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to help individuals achieve personal outcomes through daily living skills, community involvement, and advocacy.

This part-time role offers 14 hours per week with a fixed schedule: Monday 12-4, Wednesday 12-4, and Saturday 11-5, plus paid training and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and access to a reliable car.
• Ability to pass physical/PPD and pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Strong communication and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care needs.
• Maintain accurate records of services and activities.
• Support community involvement and advocacy for clients.

Part-time flexible 14 hours position:

• Monday: 12 pm- 4 pm
• Wednesday: 12 pm- 4 pm
• Saturday: 11 am- 5 pm
