Job summary

Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals in achieving personal outcomes through daily living skills, community involvement, and advocacy. Part-time weekend hours include Saturdays and Sundays with defined shifts.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation, driving safely, and strong communication within a supportive team. Training is provided, and the organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid PA Driver's License required.
• Access to reliable car required.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening required.
• Physical/PPD screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care needs.
• Support personal outcomes through daily living skills, community involvement and advocacy.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure safety and respond promptly during shifts.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is hiring for Direct Support Professionals (DSP)! As a DSP, you will be enhancing the lives of those SBR provides services to by supporting achievement in personal outcomes through daily living skills, community involvement, and advocacy.

Part-Time Hours: Weekends

Every other weekend

Weekend 1

Saturday: 12 pm - 11 pm
Sunday: 12 pm - 11 pm

Weekend 2

Sunday: 5 pm - 11 pm
