Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for an adult with developmental disabilities in Clinton, NJ 08809. The role focuses on companionship, safety, and helping the individual participate in community activities.

Expect to work 3 days per week, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, with a flexible schedule. Driving on shift is required; a reliable vehicle is necessary. Experience is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.

• Provide support to a 38-year-old individual with Down syndrome and limited verbal communication. The DSP will provide companionship and support with community outings such as trips to the beach, parks, and other recreational activities.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
