Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a one-to-one role in Clinton, NJ 08809. The position supports an adult with developmental disabilities and involves community activities, home visits, and documentation after each shift.

Shifts are 3 days per week, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, with flexibility. Pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, and the ideal candidate is dependable, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one with the individual.

About This Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.

• Provide support to a 38-year-old individual with Down syndrome and limited verbal communication. The DSP will provide companionship and support with community outings such as trips to the beach, parks, and other recreational activities.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
