Kindly Direct Care is hiring a caring, dependable Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities in North Cape May, NJ.

This role fits a student or caregiver seeking meaningful part-time work. You will help with community activities, errands, and daily living while encouraging independence and self-advocacy. Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday from 12pm–4pm; Pay: $17-$21/hour; Driving on shift is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compassion and reliability.
• Ability to provide consistent one-to-one companionship and support.
• Comfortable assisting an adult in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one companionship and person-centered support.
• Assist with community outings, errands, appointments, recreation, volunteering, and other activities.
• Encourage independence, communication, decision-making, and self-advocacy.
• Follow service plans and safety instructions; complete required documentation.
• Maintain reliable communication with the Kindly team.
