Job summary

I Am Boundless in Solon, OH is hiring a Direct Support Professional (Part-time) to provide direct programming and daily living assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will perform dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping and related tasks, with training provided, in a supportive environment that empowers community members to reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent; must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing; valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio BMV; proof of auto insurance.
• All candidates selected to undergo the pre-employment process will be required to complete a background check, drug screen, and health screen, as applicable for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and/or dietary/laundry/toileting/housekeeping support or other support to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
