Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. in Cleveland is seeking a Residential Specialist to provide direct programming and ongoing daily living support for individuals with I/DD. This part-time role supports dietary, laundry, toileting, and housekeeping tasks as part of comprehensive care.

The position requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and English communication skills. First Aid/CPR certification and background checks are required; training will be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR; valid OH driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.
• Background check, drug screen, and health screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and/or dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping support to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide supportive care as needed.
