Responsibilities

• Assist in tray assembly and deliver carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Properly dispose of refuse and manage floor supplies.
• General cleaning as scheduled and wash/store dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Serve foods to residents in Dining Room and attend in-service meetings.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure proper cleaning of wares.
• Make toast and prepare simple dishes as instructed by cook.
