Job summary

NorthBay is seeking a part-time Dining Services Team Member in North East, MD, to support meal preparation, dining room setup and dishroom tasks. You will work under the Dining Manager, Executive Chef and Sous Chef, contributing to a clean, efficient kitchen and welcoming dining area.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dining Manager, Executive Chef and Sous Chef in hot and cold food preparation.
• Assist in dining room set up; which may include cleaning tables and chairs, setting up place settings, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, trash, maintaining coffee stations and detail cleaning.
• Assist in the dish pits, ensuring that all dining items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and properly stored.
• Communicates and listens effectively with all food services staff and supervisors.
• All other duties as assigned.
