Job summary

Watercrest Senior Living Fredericksburg is seeking a Part Time Server to join our Culinary team. You will warmly welcome residents, assist with seating, and ensure a welcoming dining atmosphere with attention to dietary needs and menu details.

In this role you will maintain dining room setup, assist with side work, and deliver high service standards while supporting a home-like dining experience for seniors and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in serving in an upscale dining environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of table setting and dining room setup.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with seating in the dining room.
• Greet residents when taking and serving meal selections.
• Ensure proper dining room setup and table settings.
• Perform table clearing and resetting during and after service.
• Clean, mop, sweep and dust the dining room and kitchen areas.
• Handle garbage removal and stock condiments.
• Explain menu items and preparation methods to residents.
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service to residents and guests.
