Job summary

Green Country Village Senior Living in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a full-time Server Associate to provide table service in our dining rooms, assist with cleaning, and help with storage of supplies. You’ll support residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a hospitality mindset. Availability on evenings and weekends is expected, with opportunities for growth and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Senior Living experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset and customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain safety and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide table service before, during, and after meals in dining rooms.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
• Store food and non-food supplies; maintain stock and organization.
• Mentor and train part-time dining staff as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming dining environment.
• Adhere to hospitality promises and professional appearance.
