Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring part-time Servers at The Residence at Summer Street in Stamford, CT. The role focuses on friendly dining service, setting tables, taking and delivering meals, and assisting with events to create a warm, restaurant-style dining experience for residents.

Wage band is $17.50 - $20.50 per hour based on experience. Full-time benefits are available for associates, and there is potential for tuition reimbursement for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Customer service oriented with ability to multitask.
• Must be able to type and use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service in a dining atmosphere.
• Serve residents and guests beverages; take and deliver meals.
• Set tables and maintain dining room standards.
• Assist with events, banquets, and special meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and sanitize equipment.
• Communicate resident preferences to dining staff.
