Job summary

Vitality Living is hiring a Server at the East Beach Community. Serve meals to residents, enhance dining experiences, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room in a vibrant senior living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and meeting quality standards.
• Understanding of food safety procedures and proper storage techniques.
• Awareness of team dynamics, inventory, safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Record guest meals and report to Business Office Director.
• Report department needs to Culinary Services Director.
• Assist in preparing for special meals and daily dining room operations and cleaning.
• Ensure adherence to infection control policies in the dining area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Culinary Services, Sous Chef, or Cook(s).
