Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and portions as requested.
• Serve meals with a friendly, professional demeanor and a smile.
• Prepare the dining room before each meal (tables, linens, utensils).
• Clear and reset tables promptly after meals for the next service.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and local health regulations.
• Adhere to Cogir Senior Living standards throughout dining service.
