Westminster Communities of Florida in Lakeland is seeking a part-time Server to join our dining team. The role requires knowledge of American table service and effective clearing techniques during and after meals.

The position offers 20-30 hours per week with dining shifts no later than 7:00 PM. A High School Diploma is required, and some experience in a professional kitchen or dining environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room for service, set table linen and scape, condiments and utensils.
• Greet guests and provide hospitality and customer service through the meal.
• Explain menu items, ingredients and preparation methods and make guest-based suggestions.
• Serve ordered choices promptly and efficiently.
• Reset tables during and after dining service.
