Job summary

Silver Birch Living in Avondale, AZ is seeking a part-time Server (3P-7P) to welcome and seat residents, take orders, and serve meals within a caring community.

You will help set up, clean, and stock the dining room, operate the dish machine, and maintain sanitation while delivering courteous service that makes residents feel at home. A high school diploma or GED and basic food safety knowledge are required. Prior food service experience is helpful; On Demand Pay and PTO are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food safety.
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat residents and guests, present menus, and answer questions.
• Take orders and serve meals, desserts, and beverages.
• Set up, clean, and stock the dining room for service.
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine and assist with dishwashing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and kitchen areas.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service that makes residents feel at home.
