The Village at Orchard Ridge in Winchester, VA is seeking a friendly Dining Server for part-time day and evening shifts. You will welcome residents and guests, take orders, serve meals, and help ensure a clean, inviting dining area. No prior food service is required—training is provided.

The role emphasizes warmth, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a resident-centered community. Salary starts at $14.50–$17.25 per hour, with final offer based on experience.

• Clear tables, remove used dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
