Job summary

MorningStar at Bear Creek in Colorado Springs is seeking a part-time Dining Room Server/Dishwasher to deliver high-quality meals and create a gracious environment for residents. Schedule Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8:30am to 6:30pm with a pay range of $17.50 to $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Provide service of high-quality meals and facilitation of a gracious environment.

Responsibilities

• Be present in dining room for full meal service.
• Assist special functions as scheduled.
• Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and a sanitary and infection free environment at all times.
• Oversight of bistro areas as directed – food presentation, cleanliness, stock supplies, beverages, make popcorn, etc.
• Know the specials of the day and how they are prepared and presented.
• Learn individual resident names, dietary needs, requests, likes and dislikes.
• Must serve hot food hot and cold food cold.
• As directed, participate in the Quality Assurance Committee.
