Job summary

Viva Senior Living is seeking a Server to provide meals and beverages to residents, ensuring a positive dining experience. The role involves setting up and cleaning the dining room, assisting with meal service, and coordinating with the food and beverage team to meet residents’ needs.

The position requires excellent English communication, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Compliance with all policies and compassionate resident care are essential.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must maintain attendance as per handbook.

Responsibilities

• Provide meals and beverages to residents in the dining room.
• Set up and clean dining room, assist with prep/closing duties.
• Take attendance at meals as assigned.
• Offer beverages to residents before meals and ensure condiments are available.
• Ensure dining room is prepared for meal service and food is served correctly.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude toward residents.
