Viva Senior Living at Radisson is seeking a compassionate Server to join our dining services team. You will provide warm, courteous service to residents during meals, helping ensure their comfort and safety.

The role requires attentiveness to residents’ needs and a supportive attitude. You will maintain clean dining areas, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and communicate dietary needs with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience and empathy in caring for seniors, including memory impairments.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and beverages to residents in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist residents with needs during dining, providing support and encouragement as needed.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a healthy dining environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to address any special dietary needs or preferences.
• Monitor residents during meals to ensure their well-being and report any concerns to appropriate staff.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as required.
